Manage your Laundry Card!
Log into the Fascard system to manage your Laundry Card. You can:
- Register a new card.
- Update or change your information.
- Check the current card balance.
- Add to your Laundry Card balance.
- Start a washer or dryer with your smartphone!
Laundry Card Details
Here's the current fine print on our Laundry Card. We try to keep things as simple as possible! If you have any questions, please speak with one of our attendants or managers. We'll be happy to explain how things work, and sort out any problems you have!
- Registration is not required to use our Laundry Card system, but refunds and replacements are only available on registered cards. Promotional and bonus cash can not be refunded. Register your card for detail on how much of your current balance is cash value and promotional or bonus cash.
- Laundry cards can be replaced for registered users only!
- Fascard requires a valid e-mail address to register a card! We use your e-mail address and account information to verify ownership of the card when issuing refunds.
- Cash value is used first on the card, and promotional or bonus values are used last.
- Please keep track of your card! We can not replace or refund any value used when the card is lost or stolen. Replacement cards will be loaded only with your current balance as shown in the Fascard system, and your old card will be deactivated.
- If you lose your card, log into your account and you can remove the card so nobody can find and use it. If you find it, you can add the card back on. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace value on lost cards (or cards used by someone else without your permission), so remember to remove lost cards from your account ASAP! It's always easy to add the card back on later, or get a new card to replace one you lost.
